Useful information

Documents and questions for court proceedings

How to agree on questions, document type and transfer of materials in a product dispute.

What to prepare

  • Description of the product, its purchase, delivery, use and discovery of the defect.
  • Receipt, contract, specifications, acceptance record and correspondence.
  • Photographs, video, inspection and repair documents.
  • Questions raised and previously prepared reports.
  • Information about deadlines, access to the object and the authority of the result's recipient.

Document type

An inspection record, specialist opinion and review have different contents. A court-appointed examination is ordered under procedural rules. The payer does not automatically become the recipient of the result; transfer to a representative requires confirmation of authority.
