A product has arrived, and you are unsure whether it is defective?
Send photos of the product, packaging, labeling and defect, purchase documents, contract, specifications, product listing, correspondence or the seller's report. We will initially determine which questions can be put forward for examination.
- whether the product has a shortcoming;
- whether it is a manufacturing defect, delivery damage, a result of use or an acceptable condition;
- whether the product conforms to the description, contract, technical specifications and stated contents;
- which format to choose: inspection record, specialist opinion or review.
