Examination boundaries

If electrical, chemical, software, sanitary, laboratory or other specialist methods are needed, their necessity and implementation are agreed separately. The product list on this page does not mean that every question can be resolved by visual inspection alone.

Before inspection, preserve the product, packaging, labeling, tags, components, receipt, contract, correspondence and photos and video of receipt where possible.

Attachments: up to 10 files of up to 10 MB each, with a maximum combined size of 15 MB. If a file is rejected, the enquiry is not sent.
