What a specialist opinion on a product includes

Opinion structure: subject, documents, inspection, photographic documentation, indicators, defects, cause analysis and conclusions.

Key points

In a product defect dispute, record the indicators rather than relying on verbal arguments: the product, defect, packaging, labeling, completeness, documents, circumstances of receipt and correspondence.

  • preserve the product in its current condition;
  • take photos and video;
  • keep the packaging and documents;
  • do not repair the product before inspection;
  • formulate questions for the expert.
Inquiry

A product has arrived, and you are unsure whether it is defective?

Send photos of the product, packaging, labeling and defect, purchase documents, contract, specifications, product listing, correspondence or the seller's report. We will initially determine which questions can be put forward for examination.

  • whether the product has a shortcoming;
  • whether it is a manufacturing defect, delivery damage, a result of use or an acceptable condition;
  • whether the product conforms to the description, contract, technical specifications and stated contents;
  • which format to choose: inspection record, specialist opinion or review.

How data is processed: Personal Data Processing Policy. Attach only the materials needed; where possible, conceal unnecessary data about other people.

Before inspection, preserve the product, packaging, labeling, tags, components, receipt, contract, correspondence and photos and video of receipt where possible.

Attachments: up to 10 files of up to 10 MB each, with a maximum combined size of 15 MB. If a file is rejected, the enquiry is not sent.
